Whispers from the Abyss · Forum Announcement

Dear Seekers, Cultists of the Great Old Ones, and all wanderers teetering on the edge of sanity:

Welcome to this realm that belongs to no known world. This is the Cthulhu Discussion Forum — a gathering place born of starlit whispers, where mortals may peer into the abyss and exchange forbidden knowledge.

Before you gaze into the abyss, heed these ancient and solemn commandments:

I. The Laws of the Mortal World Bind Even This Abyss.
Wherever you hail from, all speech and conduct on this forum must comply with the laws and regulations of your respective countries and regions. The abyss knows no borders, yet mortal flesh remains bound by mortal law.

II. Even Forbidden Knowledge Has Its Limits.
Do not post any content that violates laws or regulations — including but not limited to infringement of others' rights, dissemination of illegal information, or incitement of hatred and violence. Even the spawn of the Great Old Ones shall not cross this line.

III. Only Those Who Keep Their Sanity Shall Endure.
Those who break these commandments shall be banished by the administrators — like sailors dragged into the deep by Dagon, never to return.

May your Sanity (SAN) never fall to zero, and may you be prepared when the abyss gazes back into you.
